About The Waterproofing Pros
The Waterproofing Pros is a family‑owned waterproofing and foundation repair company serving New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. We provide basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace encapsulation, drainage systems, and structural moisture‑control solutions.
Position Overview
The Waterproofing Foreman leads field crews through the safe, efficient, and high‑quality completion of waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawlspace encapsulation projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on construction knowledge, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on‑site operations.
- Ensure work complies with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Review project materials, scopes, and installation procedures.
- Monitor crew performance and maintain productivity.
- Conduct quality‑control inspections.
- Enforce all safety protocols including PPE, ladder safety, scaffolding, and equipment checks.
- Lead job‑site safety meetings.
- Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
- Track material usage and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
- Serve as the on‑site representative and communicate professionally with customers.
- Address homeowner questions and concerns.
- Assist with scheduling and emergency response situations.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license — a must.
- 3+ years experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, construction, or related trades.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, sump pumps, drainage, and structural repairs.
- Ability to read scopes of work, specifications, and installation guidelines.
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, basements, trenches, ladders, and outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional, respectful, and clear manner.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Experience with waterproofing specific to NJ/Eastern PA conditions.
- Familiarity with sump pump systems, French drains, vapor barriers, and wall reinforcement systems.
